  1. Ming-Tao Lee, at their own expense, must register for and successfully complete Module 1 (Record Keeping), and Module 9 (Suitability), as provided by the Mortgage Brokers Institute of British Columbia, and provide proof of completion to BCFSA within 3 months of registration or such further time as may be approved in advance by BCFSA;
  2. The Registrar and Ming-Tao Lee have agreed upon these conditions.
  3. Failure by Ming-Tao Lee to adhere to one or more of the conditions may constitute breach under section 8(1)(f) of the MBA.
  4. The Registrar retains the discretion to investigate this and any other matter relating to Ming-Tao Lee’s registration pursuant to section 5 the MBA.
